I Lost It

Big news!!
I lost my virginity yesterday!! :D

Clubbing virginity, that is. =p
I'm very proud to only lose it now cos I managed to tahan for so long.
Harhar.
Not like we actually clubbed la more like we just .. nevermind just read and you will know.


It was Joe's sister's birthday yesterday so we went to Nikko Hotel for dinner. The food was average but the company was good. All 5 siblings were there with their partners so it had a really nice kinda feeling.

And after dinner, we went to Rootz and actually got in. Well no surprise for them but a big surprise for me cos I was expecting to get stopped or something. Anyway, we were in there for only a few minutes then we decided to leave for I don't know what reason. Then, we went over to The Social instead just for drinks. It was still good and I enjoyed myself. My night then ended with me spewing out my dinner into a drain and then knocking out at about 6 in the morning.

So as you can most probably tell, I'm exhausted like hell right now.
Hence this very cincai post as well.
But at least I'm posting, right?
Right.

The Mint Museum Of Toys

The day after we arrived in Singapore, we were taken on a tour around Singapore and our first stop was at the MINT Museum Of Toys. We had to wake up at some ungodly hour in the morning and I say ungodly because the night before, we came back to the hotel real late and we were all so exhausted. So, we definitely needed more sleep. It felt like I had just fallen asleep when my alarm rang pfft.


This fella obviously needs a lot more sleep. =p

They had this cute little bar upstairs that looked very erm .. old Western kind?
But somehow in this photo it looks super Asian.

And most of you probably don't know this but I have always loved Snow White and The 7 Dwarfs. Okay. I don't really like Snow White that much but I love the dwarfs! And I have this jigsaw puzzle of them above my bed and it has been there for many years now. So, when I was at the museum, I obviously couldn't contain my excitement when we came across the original set of Snow White and The 7 Dwarfs. They look different from the ones we see now but oh well, they are still those characters that I love. (:

Nuffnang Asia Pacific Blog Awards 2009

Okay I know I'm really slow in posting about this event. I'm now posting about the event itself and everyone else is on to blogging about the second day and stuff. But never mind! At least I finally am blogging. (:

We left for Singapore from Nuffnang's office at about 9 in the morning if I am not mistaken. There were loads of other bloggers there but I didn't know many of them cos I don't really read blogs that much... but now I am! I'm starting to read lots and lots of blogs and I can't believe I didn't know about these bloggers before. Many of them are really creative and their posts are fun to read.

So anyway, the ride to Singapore was bumpy in more ways than one but I shall not talk about that. Fast forward! We reached Singapore and checked into the Link Hotel. It took forever for them to give us our rooms and I was getting very annoyed. I hate waiting. Plus I wasn't feeling good so it made things worse. I just wanted to kick up a fuss and throw a tantrum but obviously, I didn't. I controlled myself.

But finally, we got the key to our room and off we went to get changed. Since we were one of the last to get our room, we didn't have much time to get ready. It was a huge rush and I was panicking and cursing like mad cos I hated the lighting in the room. It's so difficult for me to do my makeup with lighting like that. And that Joe kept disturbing me when I was doing my makeup. I think he wanted me to mess it up. Boo him! Haha. But in the end, it turned out pretty okay, I think? =/

And I'm lazy to write more stuff right now cos you probably read all about the event at other blogs. So now I shall just bombard you guys with pictures and call it a day wattabish.

There was a Canon booth thingy where they printed out instant photos for us.
It was a nice touch to the event but the photo quality seemed pretty crap.

Wanna know something about Adele and I? Besides wearing a dress that was almost alike except for the colour, we were both carrying the same purse. It was a gold one from Guess. Yerr. She copy me wan! I say she copied me cos I got mine first hahaha. Joking la joking laa. =p

Host of the night was Allan Wu and there were performances by JC Sum and Magic Babe Ning as well as Electrico. The performances were okay la to me. I'm not one who gets very excited about these kind of things so I'm not gonna talk much about it.

We sat at Table 36 and the event kicked off with a speech by Timothy and Ming. There was also a screening by and also about the Nuffies in both Singapore and Malaysia. I forgot which came first. Hmm bad memory. I need to eat more ginkgo nuts. Eee running out of topic here. Oh ya I liked this particular part during the screening where they showed Yee Hou saying, "If Ming thinks you're stupid, then you are really stupid." Or something like that.

Byebye Split Ends !

After a year of not stepping foot into a saloon, I finally went to get my locks chopped off today. It was nerve wrecking cos I couldn't bear to part with my precious hair even though I knew I had to get it trimmed. The split ends were horrible and they were getting worse with each passing day. So off I went to see my trusty stylist, Damien.

Aiya forgot to take a before picture. Wait ah let me see if I can find any pictures in my folders to upload. To those of you who saw me in Singapore, then yeah that was the before. To those of you who haven't seen me in real life .. wait ah ..

Okay no I'm joking. That was my hair like during the beginning of the year. I posted that up just for the fun of it and also because I can't really find any camwhore pictures of mine. Which means I haven't been camwhoring much lately. What is the meaning of this!? Cannot be!! I am like camwhore queen number 1 wei.

So anyway, the trip to the saloon was pretty okay. I like my stylist a lot but I hate that girl who washed my hair. She kept glaring at me and tugging at my hair violently as if it did her wrong. Then when she shampooed my hair, she kept spilling the foam and water everywhere all over me and she didn't even apologize. Not once! What sort of service is this? And then she screwed up my fringe when she blew it major fail la she omg go away. *kicks her*

Anyway, I'm home now. And I would just like to announce to you guys that on this very special and important date, Yi Ching would like to implement Rule #101 which is ...

"It is compulsory for everyone to camwhore till their camera lens cracks right after they get a haircut."

Seriously.
So you better start camwhoring now if you just cut your hair.
If not I shall fine you!

Honestly, my hair is not much different from before. It's just thinner and less straight cos most of the rebonded parts have been lopped off and my fringe is also much shorter now. Quite annoying actually cos it keeps getting into my eye. Oh and also, my hair cannot cover my chest anymore. It used to be like way below my chest area but now it's waaaay above. I don't like!

A Box Of Happiness

Ohmygod ohmygod ohmygod today I woke up with like the flattest tummy I have ever had in 17 years! It was like sunken in and not bloated at all! Try to pinch it also cannot find anything to pinch heehee so happy! If only Joe could see me now, he wouldn't tease me anymore and say that I have layers of 'tayar'. You all jealous or not? I know you are la okay don't deny it please and even if you are not, say you are okay so that I will feel happy and I can gloat just for one day. ONE day. Cos tomorrow my tummy will bloat again fugdisshit.

Sigh I sibeh depressed right now. Everybody's blog is filled with photos from the Nuffnang Awards and innit is being flooded with those posts. I look at my own blog and then I keep wanting to drown myself in my toilet bowl for not bringing my memory card le sigh. FML FML FML.

But you know what? I do have something to blog about which has to do with Singapore. Okay okay. Get ready. I'm going to talk about an item that I bought on my second day there from Watson's wattabish. And for your info, that was the ONLY item I bought when I went to Singapore. I'll explain to you guys why I didn't really shop much when I was at Bugis Street and all another day. Aiya I tell you now la. The reason was cos the clothes seemed pretty lala and I didn't have time to scout around for clothes that suited me. No offense to those of you who bought stuff there. It's just my personal opinion. You should be happy that lala clothes suit you guys wattabish. Joking joking! Omg I'm definitely gonna get it for saying that. -.-

So anyway, introducing the only item I bought ...

Wait wait! You know what is so awesome about this box of chocolates? It's cos my mummy likes them. And I bought them specifically for her! Which then puts me into her good books wattabish. No la no la I bought it cos I thought of her and I love her many many much. See when I'm in Singapore also I think about her. No need to point out that I didn't think about my brother and dad harharhar. Omg I feel damn bad now. ):

And speaking of my brother, yesterday he went to get his new audio system installed in his car. So I went down to have a listen and bloody hell, it's super loud. I thought I was going deaf. And you can totally hear his music blaring away from the outside even though he's like quite far from you. That chaoahbeng. -.-

And he asked me if I was going to sponsor a new CD player for his car. Pfffft. He keeps wanting to use my Nuffang earnings, you know!? So mean! Why should I let him? How often do I sit in his car? Hmmm not very often, I think. So why should I pay a few hundreds to upgrade the quality of his sound system when I won't be able to enjoy it much? Other people that he fetches around will be the ones who get to enjoy it. So No! No way! I'm selfish! Yes, I know that I am the meanest sister alive.

But he has to put up with me.
Cos I'm the only sister he has. :D

Back From Singapore

For those of you who are unaware, I'm back from Singapore!
There's so much I want to blog about.
I want to tell you guys about the ride there.
And also about the ride back.
I want you guys to know about the places we visited.
And the people I met.
I want you all to know EVERYTHING!

But unfortunately, I did the stupidest thing ever ...
which was bringing my camera to Singapore but without a memory card.
Le sigh .

I swear my heart just stopped.
Wait it dropped first then stopped.
Emo siaaaaaaal.

Simply because I had Joe with me.
And we celebrated our 10th together in Singapore.
Talk about perfect timing, eh? (:
You could say that this trip was a present from me.
And his presence there was his present to me.
Oh and also that super awesome skirt he got for me heehee. :D
I feel so spoilt la.
Oh ya forgot to thank Nuffnang cos if not for them, our 10th would be super normal and not special in any way at all.

Kapal Stim

Kinda busy today so I don't really have the time to blog. Not like I have anything to blog about too anyway lol. So here's some pictures from Simson's house the other day where we had a very early birthday celebration for Yi Jzen. We had steamboat for dinner at Simson's place and erm... the portable stove caught on fire.

Yeahpp there was a 'bang' kind of sound and it made us all jump. Then, I looked at the stove which was being licked by flames and just stoned there for a few seconds. Don't ask me why I stoned instead of rushing to put it out. Maybe I was mesmerized by the fire wattabish! And then I stupidly blew at the fire to put it out but obviously that didn't work. The gas was leaking so I more or less made the fire reach other spots when I blew at it lol.

Obviously this was after the fire was put out.

Here's a picture I took with Yi Chin that I really really dislike. So I edited it to the maxzorrz just for the fun of it. It looks really horrible but aiya don't care la hahah. My fake eyelashes look like spider legs wattabish. And the words are actually supposed to move but I have to host it on Photobucket or something first before pasting it here for that to happen but I'm really lazy to do so. Why am I so lazy someone please tell me. Eh and don't you think our names are so cool? Yi Chin and Yi Ching! :D

After that, everyone decided to go to Rasta but being the good girl that I am(heehee), I decided to go home. So Jie Yi dropped me home while Meng Kit and Yi Jzen followed behind. Jie Yi's driving is erm.. not bad la boleh tahan won't die hahah. :D

Nuffnang is the best cos with them, I get to do so many things I never thought I'd ever get to do. Big heart for them!! :D
